An indicator of the value TradeNet’s Customer Service representatives have with the company can be found this week in California. Michelle Beaver, a valued member of the TradeNet CS team, is representing the company at the PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference taking place in San Diego.

Michelle has been with TradeNet for 10 years. Michelle’s general enthusiasm, understanding of the promotional products industry and, better yet, her passion for exceeding service expectations for TradeNet customer, were key in her being selected to attend the conference.

Nearly 120 women in the promotional products industry and seeking ways to grow their professional skills are taking part in this year’s Conference. Forty attendees – including Michelle – are at the conference for the first time. Attendees will participate in sessions on business strategy, branding, technology, time management and generally excelling at work.
