Let’s make this easy, shall we? Keeping tabs on order status is simple as visiting TradeNet’s website.
Distributors can now search for order status on our website (even if not logged into a DistributorCentral account). The “Order Status” tool is at the top of the menu bar at http://www.TradeNetOnline.com.
Thank goodness for simplicity. Distributors who click on the Order Status option will then enter either their DistributorCentral order number or purchase order number and the ZIP Code associated with the billing address on their account. This combination is required in order to receive tracking information.
Voila! The distributor will see the status of the order in the production process. If the job has shipped, the results will appear with a shipped date and a tracking link.Clicking the tracking link allows tracking each package in the order.
