Third Party Shipping: Handling fee explanation

The summery below as provided by FedEx shows the shipping bills a promotional products supplier might receive against a third party “pay” shipment.

While it may appear to distributors there is “No” expense for the supplier to ship third party,  there are hidden charges a supplier might incur from Fed Ex as well as additional internal costs. This helps explain why suppliers may choose to add a handling fee for third party billing on shipping.
